Once again, I prefer the food at McDonald's corporation versus McDonald's franchisee. My experience at this McDonald's has been... positive for the third time in a row. The food feels like it's prepared in real time and the fries have always been warm. Thedrive-thru line is kind of slow but that is understandable given the time it takes to prepare the meal. THIS MCDONALD'S NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN! Highly unsanitary and disgusting! Last time I visited this McDonald's was over a year ago... and it has not improved. I went to the bathroom to wash my hands and there was no soap. I checked around and the restroom hasbeen completely abandoned by the crew. No toilet paper, no maintenance and definitely no cleaning has been done. Absolutelydisgusting! Read more
I applaud workers at this McDonald's as this store remained open 24 hours during the 2015 riot and again at selected times... during the pandemic. Some staffing has changed since then and so has the inside decor. New staff are very attentive and try tobe as helpful as possible. Drive-thru service can be trying because this location is very busy during rush hours and even verylate at night. Regardless of the weather, birds line up along the street wires above the intersection of Warwick Avenue andFranklin Street and fly near the McDonald's sign. Rather interesting! Read more
This Mcdonalds is the WORST.. if I could give it a zero I would. I ordered my children food and said no cheese. When I checked... it it had cheese in his sandwich I go back in and inform them. The boy remakes it but this time with extra cheese so I saidagain his sandwich is Wrong. My son is allergic and y?all playing with people food. The boy found it funny so when I asked forhis name they act like they didn?t know what his name was. This store needs to be shut down for good. It?s dirty inside. Thestaff is HORRIBLE. Very rude. The team of people working here could not have been kinder. They took my day from a hot and humid one to a much cooler... afternoon. Sidenote, the bathrooms were clean and well stocked. Lunch was ready quickly and BONUS the ice cream machine madethe perfect vanilla cone. Thank you all for being here in the 90 plus degree heat to help me cool back down! <3 Read more
While this is a popular location, judging by the line of cars wrapped around the store at all times, the professionalism is... sorely lacking. My daughter put in a mobile order, decided to go inside because the outside line was ridiculous, waited 45minutes-45 MINUTES for the order which she could easily see was on the board and then the manager couldn't offer any reasonableexplanation for the wait.... never will go inside again, will limit my visits there from this point on... I was the only customer inside the establishment. Stood in line 5 minutes, twice I was told by 2 different employees that... someone would be with me. They kept calling someone and advising their was customer waiting. Noticed when entered there were 3cars at window. Employee arrives to take order, she was upset didn't speak at all just looked at me, I place and paid for order.Still only person inside. A few customers began to arrive placed paid for their orders. I waited 15 minutes for 3 hot cakes andsausage platters. Finally order was placed on counter called my number and walks away. No apology at all. Read more
