Well before they change any of the McDonald's up of the well all three of the stores and by the man family over so much more... friendlier and personally I thought the service and food was better than it is today. To me every time I go in the service isvery poor inside one person on the register that person doesn't even stay on the register it's more of a wait time now and somuch less personable than what it was years ago. You used to be able to walk in years ago and there was at least two people inthe registers at all time and usually there was one that just never moved now the focus is more on of course drive-thru anddoordash and all those type of companies. Food may be fresher but it's just to me not as good I thought it taste it better whenit would sit in the heat and zone for a small length of time. Not to mention prices are sky high can you believe just about what10-15 years ago double cheeseburger cost a dollar my goodness and now you have to ask for two slices of cheese at that and itnow cost practically $3 what in the world not to mention a single cheeseburger used to be $0.89 OMG my aunt got one justrecently just a regular cheeseburger mind you and it was like almost $2. And it's not just those three McDonald's in Dundalk itseems to be any of them anymore. The worst thing of all is just again there's just nothing personal about things anymore peopledidn't take the time out to pay attention to actually care and want to provide good service now it's all about gentleman getthem out the door money money 100% disgusted in general would not only McDonald's but basically most other store these daysprobably should have gave it zero stars but that's not fair to some of the employees that actually bust their butt in there Read more

Ordered a Steak Egg & Cheese bagel and a Bacon Egg & Cheese bagel both eggs were very watery, barely any Hollinaise sauce, and... what have they done to the Orange Juice?! Very watered down. Very disappointed. The building changed, why did the food? Read more

Great new building, same bad staff. The young lady taking orders left her mic on while she complained about needing a break so... she could pee and talking about her dating preferences. I wouldn?t have minded so much, people make mistakes, but she wasn?tusing work appropriate language. My son and I didn?t enjoy hearing all her F bombs. We never received an apology from her aftershe realized her error. Read more

Yall really need to get a new crew, the same people who have managed to keep their job here for years is crazy to me. They have... bad attitudes and get the orders wrong. Didn't realize it was that hard to toss a salt packet into my bag like I ordered. Read more

Only good thing out of my 6 sandwiches and 2 large fries were the fries! The girl that took my order through the drive thru was... ok I guess but the boy that gave me my food looked like he didn't want to be bothered. I got my food and of course I checked itsince most McDonalds always leaves something out of your bag. I noticed I had two sandwiches missing. I looked back over to thewindow and the boy was still close and just looked at me. I then had to wave my hand at him, he looked at me for at leastanother 30 seconds and then stepped closer to the window and opened it. He didn't even ask what was wrong, just opened thewindow and looked at me! I told him I was missing 2 sandwiches, he asked for my receipt and then said "move forward and wait."He could have been a bit nicer and maybe a little personality, ya know it is customer service! I waited 5 mins and finally gotmy other 2 sandwiches and was on my way. Got home and more than half the sandwiches the buns were hard around the edges and on 2of them it was half of the bun that was hard???? All sandwiches were mushed and very messy???? I have worked in food servicesand customer service for over 20 years, u don't serve a customer food that u wouldn't eat yourself, yes even with fast food!Some workers that work here are amazing and I have had great interactions with them though! Horrible service. First off someone cut the line thru the opening where they say do not block. Secondly ordered a steak cheese... bagel no egg I which it had nothing but the sauce and the cheese. Called and talked to a manager who will replace it in themorning. The lines be all the way to wise Avenue majority of the time. They must do better. Read more
