I have the worst experience with this location, they are unprofessional and very disrespectful coming from the manager herself.... My experience i had was i ordered from the drive thru alot of food for my family and i told the guy at the window several timesto double check my ordered and when i reached home i got all wrong order, i ended up calling the store that following eveningand the manager was like come back we will refunded you your money an you can keep the meal, i told her i live half hour awayand i can't come right now so she then ask when can i come i said tomorrow which was Sunday. When i arrived to get the refundshe then ask wheres the food i said you really expected me to take the food back to you today after you have told me i can keepthe food and return for the refund so i ended up walking out without the refund, the point is it wasn't my mistake i warned themseveral times to check because i was driving i didn't have the time to check. I will never buy at a McDonald's restaurant again. Read more

I?m sitting in the drive through like again yet of another mcds . The screen is up ready for orders but nobody is taking my... order . I am talking & beeping the horn and nobody is responding to me . Update 06-10-2022 extremely rude and incompetent employees 30$ worth of food every sandwich wrong food was pratically thrown at... me when asked why i was still standing there said i had 2 drinks and milkshake woman threw her hands in the air said whateverwalked away another woman comes over slides the drinks across the counter at me and laughed..not very professional. Maybe theworkers should stay off the phones and maybe they could do their job. I will be disputing the charge and getting a full refundplace has went down hill since the remodel sad.... *Previous review my go to McDonald's when I stay at my significant othersplace..they always super nice,clean and the food is always fresh and on point!!never have had any bad food or complaints in the3 years going here..please keep up the great work! Me and my wife stop by all the time for a snack or breakfast and we never had any issues but I'm sad to write this review. We... ordered a apple pie and when we came home we opened it and saw this. Its burnt and missing pieces of the actual pie and just unedible. I'm really disappointed it this since we never had any issues. I hope I never experience this again. Read more
