It took 20 minutes from the time I entered the drive thru until I reached the window to give my order and there was only 4 cars... in front of me. I timed each car once they reached the point to give their order, 4 to 5 minutes before someone asked them fortheir order. Whoever was working the drive thru lane was not efficient at all. Read more
They cussed out my friend and they kept his change and then refused to sell him an iced tea because he asked for his change and... told them if they didn't have change they should've told him or had a sign saying exact change only. They can't just keeppeople's money like that. Read more

McDonald's always has a knack of messing up an order, except today! This McDonald's NAILED it! I had 7 orders to place for... colleagues and students. The woman taking my order said it back perfectly but the real test was am I going to get everything! Sure did!!
