It took 20 minutes from the time I entered the drive thru until I reached the window to give my order and there was only 4 cars... in front of me. I timed each car once they reached the point to give their order, 4 to 5 minutes before someone asked them fortheir order. Whoever was working the drive thru lane was not efficient at all. Read more
They cussed out my friend and they kept his change and then refused to sell him an iced tea because he asked for his change and... told them if they didn't have change they should've told him or had a sign saying exact change only. They can't just keeppeople's money like that. Read more
I went to this particular McDonald's for breakfast but when I got there I couldn't go in the establishment but they were doing... drive through orders. McDonald's always has a knack of messing up an order, except today! This McDonald's NAILED it! I had 7 orders to place for... colleagues and students. The woman taking my order said it back perfectly but the real test was am I going to get everything! Sure did!! While I was waiting for my order, one employee was wiping down machines and another refilling the ice. Thislocation ran like a well oiled machine! Definitely impressed! Read more

They sit their and move extra slow like their high. Saturday may 7th 2:45 the black man with dreads and the light skin manager... are doing nothing but looking confused. They left 1girl to take orders and yell at her about helping. There's girls making foodor suppose to be making food on the tables their on there phones barley working fast because they think we can see them becausetheir areas blocked off they all need to have a drug test done!!! I even had a side order of fries it took 13minutes to get it..it was 7 people in the lobby. 04.18.2022 it is now 10:00am. the Manager is a rude & nasty ignoranus. good thing i ordered online and picked up my... stuff....She was yelling at customes, telling them if they order their meals wrong, she wont fix it. She will ignore thecustomers if they are standing waiting for a cashier to take their order and insisted everyone to use the kiosk...She also saidpeople couldnt sit in the restaurant to eat.....Ridiculous! Customer service was excellent and their coffee was great especially since it was mid-day.
