I have been ordering at this location for a few years, never any issues until today. I ordered food just last night and than... again tonight and the driver refused to bring my food to the door and than drove off after waiting over an hour for my food. Ihad to call to cancel my credit card order. If I'm paying for delivery than my food should be delivered to my door. I always tipso I'm not understanding the issue. Should they not deliver to the door, that is something that should be disclosed when acustomer is placing an order over the phone. I'm highly disappointed and upset as I've been supporting this business for so longand this happens. I will NEVER order from here nor allow my family who also order from here often to support this unacceptablecustomer service. I do not live in a crime infested area as I do understand safety is an issue, but again my food is alwaysdelivered to my front door. I ordered a XL pizza with fries and it took 45-60 minutes (a tad bit long for the small amount right?) i left instructions for... the driver to knock on the door but he just sat in his car, pretty annoyed at that since you should do as the buyer saysdelivery wise but whatever, food was good. Food good, delivery is...well My food is still hot when I get it, orders are accurate (but I'm pretty specific about what I... want) variety is plentiful. I need another menu too. The food is consistently great. Delivery does take the full 45-60 min buy it comes out. We always get wings and pizza. A good... choice of wing flavors too. The buffalo wings are so big and saucy definitely worth the price. And they have a lot good prices.
