The food is ok. I like the pizza deals. I just wish the sauce on the pizza did not change so much. Sometimes it’s good,... sometimes it’s too spicy, and sometimes it’s just nasty. When I ordered last night, the driver had the nerve to ask myfiancé where is his tip. I wonder what made him think he will be getting a tip. The food got here an hour an a half after Iordered, I was already charged a delivery fee and a fee for paying with a credit card, and he did not bring the food to my door.We had to go out to his car. Someone told me about this place so we decided to order from here. I love how they have the 30 inch pizza it’s a really good... idea. I order from here a lot normally there food is pretty good. I also normally would not write a review but I think someone needs... to know and see this before ordering from here. I order a small cheese pizza, a cheese burger, and some onion rings. First offthey were an hour late coming to my house. Then once I gave the driver the money and he gave me my food I told him my pizza wasmissing. He called the store and they were going back and forth for a minute and then he said he’d be back with my pizza. Iget in the House to see the rest of my order and let me tell you something They gave me a sloppy cheeseburger just throwntogether bread was soggy, it just looked like terrible. They gave me wedge fries instead of onion rings and I called the driverto let him know and he said he’d fix it. I also tried to call the store to let them know they never answered they also pickedup one Time Just To hurry up and hang up without even speaking to me . The driver came back with only my pizza and I told him Ijust wanted my money back and he can have this food back. He said he He already went back for the pizza he’s not going backand there is nothing he can do. We argued for a while and he said he’s going to go to the store and get it fixed. Nope henever did. He also kept blowing cigarettes smoke in my face mind You I’m 8 months pregnant. Never have I ever had such a rudeexperience at any food place. I used to like this place quite a bit. However, I have a zero tolerance for rudeness and an unwillingness to listen to... consumers. The manager claimed that the driver came to my door, yet with a vigilant lookout and my exterior lights on, no onearrived....there was claim that my phone had been called 5 times, but my phone works well and was in my hands during thewait. The manager chose to be rude, and demand I listen without listening to me as the consumer. He kept trying to control thesituation, as a pose to listening to the concerns of a person exchanging revenue for their services. The management even choseto hang up on me, and on my friends, which is a glaring red flag to me that they don't want my business and that they adamantlywant and deserve this one star post, and unlike them, I'm delivering this service with all due haste. Word of mouth is apowerful tool. When you can't listen to your consumers, and choose to be rude and belligerent towards your customers, there isa blowback to that, and a consequence to doing so. Cause and effect.... Cause: They didn't deliver the food or come to myhouse, and chose to be rude when called and hung up on me. Effect: I write several one star reviews on multiple outlets. Theydidn't want to listen to me on the phone when I was trying to work with them and conduct business, so I'll give them this toread instead. It's a shame too, because I wanted yo support them. If you want good customer service and good food this is not the place. Ordered food from there for the first time major mistake... . Ordered one thing and got something else and the manager is very rude when I tried to explain he hung up on me. Never everagain will I order from here.!!!!!!! Read more
