Morgan was an absolutely amazing server tonight. We come in often and always have amazing experiences with the staff here, but I... have to give her a huge shout out. She was friendly, helpful, and social, offering only the best experience. I actually calledPatrick, the manager, over just to let him know how great she was and he was super friendly and welcoming as well This placehas always been amazing. We just had the best experience in a long time. The food was amazing! The blooming shrimp were perfect. The steaks we ordered... were amazing with the best flavor. The service was beyond exceptional! Per normal, I enjoyed my visit to Outback. The staff were cordial. Our server was Kirah (sp) and she was fantastic. She was... knowledgeable, patient, professional, and had a great personality. Look, I’ve for the most part enjoyed anything I’ve gotten from outback depending on the chef/cook that day or staff in... general so I feel bad for being shi**y but how in the hell is there only a 20 cent price difference on these 2 shrimpappetizers. Is the slice of bread $5 more than the free loaves given? Not even gold flake on the slice. I’ve thought prices ofsome things were a bit much in the past but I normally assume that’s the “covid crutch” however the shrimp on the Barbieis a complete waste of money in my opinion. Read more
This place is AWESOME!! The evening that we had dinner there was the 3rd Anniversary of my 19 yr old daughter's Passing. It was... a small, intimate Memorial Dinner with a couple of her best friends. We brought a framed photo of her, a small special Memorialcake, & a personalized Candle (Yankee Candle) with her photo & bio dates. We placed the lit candle at her "Place Setting,"making us feel like she was with us. The staff was so gracious and kind. We spent 3 hours having a wonderful dinner (mydaughter's favorite restaurant for her favorite food- Steak of course!) We spent time reminiscing & looking through her photoalbum. We laughed some, & we cried some. No pressure from the staff to get us out of there. Very attentive to our needs as wellas kind words from much of the staff including the Manager on duty who's words & actions were extremely appreciated!! Not oftenanymore that you get DELICIOUS FOOD along with TERRIFIC SERVICE-- you'll definitely find it here. Read more
