Third time that I had to wait over an hour for a pizza. Third time nobody said what the problem was until I wanted my money... back. Last time I will be ordering from them. Some problems you can?t control but you can control how you handle and communicatethe problem to the customer. Been ordering here so far so good pizza comes hot and does not take long but One thing I will say don?t ever come to my door... yelling at my mom about a wrong phone number sorry for the issue but I clearly put instructions on how to find the house thatwas very rude she was not even the one that ordered the pizza that?s what happens when you assume . Not a bad store but when I ordered my pizza, after I got it back home I realized there was no pepperoni even though I ordered... pepperoni, bacon and onions. When I went back to the store to rectify the mistake they took the original pizza back (even thoughI opened it already) and I had to wait at the store for another one, they apologized but I was a little irritated about havingto drive back at night time, wasting my gas and inevitably making my total cost more time and money higher than it should Read more
I ordered an extra large pizza and 16 wings I asked for red peppers and parm cheese the man handed me one pack of each. I stated... I have an extra large pizza he replied with .50 cents per pack for additional. I usually don?t patron this pap johns and now Iknow why. Terrible customer service. Read more
