Bought 2 papadia. Both had very little meat, the crust all the way around an inch from the edge was so hard we could hardly bite... it. Won't make that mistake again. Our money can be better used. Didn't look anything like the ads. Would suggest people not tobuy them unless you want to be disappointed. Read more

DO NOT, DO NOT order from this place. Do not support them. They will take your money yet will not deliver your pizza. This place... is a total fraud and should be shutdown. When you call to inquire where your order is after two hours, they will put you onhold and then promptly hang up on you. When you call Papa John's corporate, they could care less. DON'T DO IT TO YOURSELF! I wish I had read these reviews before ordering, but there was a time pre-C when we got good customer... service and timely delivery. Today I ordered @ 8:30 because we temporarily had no transportation and my favorite neighborhoodItalian restaurant was closed. The online service doesn't give you a delivery time until AFTER you've paid, which was 45-55minutes. Okay, fine. After about 1 1/2hr we called to check and they would pick up then hang up. Call status said 7 mins away.After another 15 mins NOTHING. Tried calling back again number our # is blocked. At 11pm the store is CLOSED and still no pizza.NEVER AGAIN!!! Read more
What a shame! This Papa John's used to be excellent: timely, well-prepared food, and friendly staff. No longer, I'm afraid. ... If you enjoy having your delivery order delayed, having to drive to pick up your pizzas, and dealing with dismissive,incompotent staff, then i suggest you go here, because you'll get all those things and more. The only thing you won't get? Hotfood you paid for, delivered on time. Which, for some of us, is all we wanted. So, lower your expectations and go here ... andyou're sure still to be disappointed. Order pizza at 1:30 p.m. on a weekday with no special events going on. All the story and the manager said it will be another 45... minutes. I called the store back an hour after that call and the pizza still had not left the store the app was being made. Iultimately cancel the order. I frequent this Papa Johns location. My pizza is always accurate and the employees are nice. The order is prepared quickly and... the pizza tracker is helpful and accurate. Curbside pickup hasn't worked for me the last 2 visits. I've had to go in despitewhat I selected during the ordering process. Read more
