I placed an order at 745pm, they didn?t say they were busy. They said it could be up to 45 min. At 50 min I called they said... it?s on the way. At 1 hour I called and asked for a discount because my order still not here. They transferred me to anothernumber where it rang and rang then hung up. My food finally came 10 minutes later, the wings were wrong and I didn?t think youcould screw up a cheese pizza but there was almost 2 inches of crust before a very lite cheese and little sauce. This place is hit or miss. The pizza is usually good but unfortunately the customer service is lacking. They partner with Slice... which is a hot mess (tries to charge $1.25 for any regular condiment like mayo or ketchup because it?s adding it as an extra(when extra means more or something) but I could get them free added to my sub if I called or ordered from Boli?s directly).It?s sad to see companies taking advantage of people. So I sat and disappointed ate a very dry sandwich from a place I will notbe ordering from again. Read more
RUDE RUDE RUDE SERVICE! After being told our order would be delivered in 35 minutes, 1 hour and 15 minutes later the food... arrived. Opened everything and the fries were cold and the sandwiches had the wrong topping. When I called to let them know, theperson on the phone was RUDE! Kept telling me what toppings I requested and I kept telling him that those aren?t the toppings onthe food. Asked for new food to be made, was told it would be another 45 mins for delivery to come. I asked if we could bebumped to the top of the line since they messed up and he got snippy with me. I asked for a refund and told them to come andpick up the food. Never doing business there again! Really wanted to enjoy but sadly let down. Food is mediocre, store is poorly run and looks dirty with a rough parking lot, and... poor customer service on top. Will continue to look for a quality local pizza place because it isn't here! Read more
Ordered with DD and received the wrong order, it was like nothing I ordered was received and all I ordered was a large pepperoni... pizza on thin crust. It's a shame when you order from a place and they send you cold burnt french fries. Whoever put this order together I know for a... fact you wouldn't eat it. Because when you have a 10 year old who won't eat french fries there is a problem. Read more
I just ordered on the website a medium pepperoni pizza and cinna sticks. The pizza looked & taste great. However the cinnasticks... had someone's hair on it which I noticed right after the delivery driver left. I called the store & was offered for them to bereplaced which i didn't want. I threw the cinna sticks in the trash & told the guy on the phone I would like a refund for themin which he accepted. Hopefully i'll see it reflected on my account in a few days. I always order from here when I want pizza orwings & this just disappointed me. 2 stars for the pizza but I will not be ordering from here again. *First time customer* My family ordered two grilled chicken subs, one pizza with chicken, one turkey sub, one cheese steak sub... and three small fries. We enjoyed our meal and are grateful we found a new place with delicious food. Online ordering throughtheir website was easy. The delivery driver was quick and very friendly.
