The only thing i liked and was cooked correctly was my pizza! They gave me the wrong fries. No sauce. Burnt cookie pie and... tenders. The guy on the phone rushed through the call, even after i asked him to slow down! If you want pizza. That is the onlything they can do right! Read more
Sometimes it is fresh and hot and exactly as ordered and other nights they get the order completely wrong- not even close and... the same things are ordered frequently- not sure if its different workers or not. I must say I absolutely love their whitepizza.. (Add some bacon and spinach and its just right! ) One of my sons is a huge fan of their wings. I placed an order at 556pm i called to ask if the driver would call or bring it to mjy apartment the man tells me driver will... call. Its now 711pm and we still have no food I've been on hold for 12 minutes. 18 minutes on hold to be told id have to pay anextra 3$ for delivery fee. Its now 7:15 and we have no food STILL. We're new to the area and my son has down syndrome and iscurrently melting down because the pizza hasn't come. This is the worst type of service ???? I ordered some jalapeño poppers and a philly cheesesteak sub from this place tonight. As I was eating the sub, I suddenly bit... down on something hard. I wound up removing this weird hunk of plastic from the sub. When I tried calling them to explain whatI found, they just hung up on me. As much as I like their pizza, I won't be ordering from here any longer. I'm just one guy,but this was disgusting. EDIT - Sent an e-mail to the address listed below on 01/07.
