Lady on the phone who claimed to be the manager was very rude. Called to ask about bringing 9 children and 4 adults and the... lady on the phone was very rude. Said we couldn't do parties. Was rude about it. Can't do it, no can't do as if we couldn'teat there. She said we had to sit at every other table. I ordered 2 large pizzas and they looked like mediums. They were very small in comparison to other pizza places. They barely... put any pepperoni on them. There were some slices without any pepperoni on them at all! They were cold and dry. I expectedlarger, better, and warmer pizzas from Pizza Hut. Plus, it was a busy Friday night that we ordered on, so there should have beenat least one other person at the register. The cashier looked overworked and overwhelmed. When we called ahead of time, no oneanswered their phone, and after visiting I could see why. I had to order online and it took over an hour for just 2 pizzas!That's ridiculous! There was a lady at the register in front of us, and the cashier couldn't even locate her pizza. Once hefound it, he indicated that it was curbside, to which the lady responded that she waited in her car for too long, and had tocome inside to see what was taking so long for her order to be delivered to her car. The cashier then told her that they had toremake her pizza, because it was too cold and hard at that point. I remember better days with Pizza Hut. It was a total waste ofour time and money! Read more
