EVERY single time I order from this location I am disappointed! It's barely cheese and when it is, it's burned. The Pan crust is... damn near thin and the crust is sooo nasty! Pan Pizza is the only Pizza I eat from Pizza Hut for 20 plus years and it has gottenbad. I stayed away from this location for a good while, still the same results! Read more
The service was a mess the food matched. The cheese on my stuffed crust was burnt and hard. They need to retrain their... employees. They need better customer service skills, I stood and watched 2 employees talk and neither turned around to addressme. My food was sitting in the warmer but yet I waited then yelled Hello before I was noticed. Never been to a pizza hut that didn't have deep dish pizza. I thought it was a staple. Update. This is a top down issue. They... merely cutting and pasting responses look below for yourself. Every time I order from this location for delivery, they always forget something out of my order. I spend over $50 every time... and I should be able to get what I paid for. Then what makes matters worse, you call them to get your issue resolved and guesswhat?.nobody answers. Don?t have a way to get to the store myself, that?s why I did delivery!!!
