I ordered a 20” cheesesteak pizza and nowhere does it say pizza sauce was suppose to come on it and who eats a cheesesteak... with tomato sauce makes no sense and when I called and talked to the manager he said oh we can make you another one and have itbrought to you but it will cost you full price as the first one $24. I said wow so no consideration for the fact that you spent$24 on a pizza that can’t be consumed by your house hold because of a tomato sauce allergy and he said yep because it was yourmistake not ours all our pizza comes with tomato sauce. Which is not true but okay. I will never order from them again nocompassion or understanding for the customer! I even offered to pick it up if a new one was made but you want to charge me again$24 I can’t do that no discount or nothing nope ????????! Read more
I generally had a bad experience with this location on nov 12 2021 I ordered a pizza and received a pizza that had looked to of... been dropped and subsequently mashed. I requested a remake and never got a response. This place is just a total ripoff. I willnever order from here again. Absolutely appalling. Read more
If I could give this place a zero star I would . The delivery drivers attitude was awful & my food was wrung up wrong . I called... and A guy said he was “manager” & that he would send out my sub … It never came . So I finally called this morning where Iwas told to wait until 5 when the manager comes in . So I called & then he said “ well we can give u 25% off your nextorder…. I am given a 3 star review because the food was pretty decent especially the French fries but me and my wife received no no... napkins or utensils and I also asked for ranch for my 20 wings and they gave me blue cheese instead… I recommend their food ifyou want some good fries or some hot nuclear wings but yeah Read more
My family and I ordered Italian cold cut with everything on it, it did not have everything on it. I ordered crab cake sandwich,... it's frozen crab cake patti. It was horrible. Cheese fries on the menu and it's cheddar melted cheese it's mozzarella cheese itwas horrible. We will find another restaurant or carryout for delivery and will not order from them again I even called and wasnot credited for poor food Couple Weeks later we had order again last night and I had ordered mozzarella sticks to cold cutssubs one which was Italian sub a garden salad which was supposed to be a side salad to the man that took the order and ordered athing of wings and mozzarella sticks and it came to supposedly 3828 that came out of my bank account and accordingly it was a $5tip from 3328 and they did not complete the order so with that being said I will take this to the higher person as maybe theowner to report this because they are not following the orders as I had ordered because I've written everything down and so myroommate was out of Italian cold cut and a garden salad so think before you order from them and maybe you might have good luckwith them from time to time but we had always ordered from them a lot and their subs are good the crab cakes are not good butthink before you order thanks Read more
Now I have gotten cheese steak subs from here numerous times, and they just keep getting worse. First time I got one it was... delicious and was not skimpy on the toppings, ever since that first time the subs do not taste the same or look the same and theorder is always wrong, every single time! I spent 27 years in kitchens and I get things can get screwed up, but every time theorder is always wrong and the toppings are skimmpy, thats a little too sloopy. We placed an order with this restaurant around 7:45, for pizza, through an app, that Pizza Villa's website directed us to. Our... order came to around 13$. A few minutes later we called to inquire about delivery time, and to ask for plates to be added to theorder, in which the employees said they could do for us, and we're preparing our online order as we spoke. Then, an hour later,we received a call from an employee (who initially would not give us his name when asked continuously, and would not tell usanything about the store owner - He just kept saying stuff like...theirs really just one manger and we all have our roles - itwas the weirdest response to wanting to speak with the store manager) because they cancelled our order, again, an hour later. Hesaid that this was a courtesy call and that they didn't have to call us at all, and that they were doing us a favor. He said theapp (beyondmenu) have not updated the stores menu and they don't know why they are still affiliated with it, and have asked themto stop placing orders for pizza villa. This employee then went on to say its's their fault that this happened to us, and tocontact the app, but that if we wanted to replace our order through them, or another app called Slice, we can and he would giveus a free soda. He then reads me the special they have every day which is the same pizza we ordered, plus an additional topping,and a 2 liter, for 14.99. That was shocking because all of this over 2 bucks! Plus he was not really giving us a free soda, thatwas the everyday special, even though he tried to claim he was only doing that for us, and our inconvenience. He was very rude,and said maybe we should not order, and would not tell us anything about the store manager. I ordered a large pizza it’s been over a hour and it’s not here, I called the restaurant about the order and they said it... will be here in 10 minutes and it’s been 20 minutes now still no pizza.
