Did a delivery order and got a completely wrong order. The only thing they got correct was my mash potatoes and apple pie. I was... suppose to get a spicy 4pc combo and instead I got 3 boxes of tenders and fries. Of course no one answered there phone aftertrying to call 4 times!!! They never have any food. They also must stop cooking the full menu before 9 o clock. It's no wonder other fast food stores are... running laps around them. And they don't get your drive thru order correct. Popeyes makes me want to quit fast food. Read more

Me and a coworker went here around 1 pm on my lunchbreak. We stood waiting patiently for our order which we placed at least... minutes of arriving in the store however the cashier did not know what she was doing. She had to keep asking one of hercoworkers whom I assume was a manager or whatever to take something off or add something on so it had taken at least 5-10minutes for her just to get my order right. Next my coworker placed her order which didn't take as long as my order. We stoodwaiting and waiting when another customer came in placed her order and received her food before me, my coworker and about 3other people that was waiting. Atp I got annoyed and had to ask for my food which the second girl that helped the cashier at thebeginning asked me what # did I have but for what because she didn't even start to fix mine she started making someone else's.It goes on but I'll end it in a few. Poor service. The young lady who took my oder was talking was talking to someone out the drive-thru window and when they forgot... my drink got an attitude with me. I will not go there again. And the red beans and rice are dry. Read more
Okay first of all before you try to argue with a customer make sure your damn chicken cooked all the way. I was argued with for... ordering a ten piece chicken and was told I needed to pay 41 cent for sauce. I didn?t get the honey I ask for either? do not eathere and the chicken was soggy af every single big piece of chicken wasn?t cooked properly. Next time argue with a thermometernot your customers. Who ever the owner is definitely needs to hire all new staff based upon reviews there are multiple peoplecomplaining of food not being cooked properly? just wow the health department also needs to pay them a visit. Do not go to this restaurant. The whole team is trash. 3 times I've been here and all 3 times my order has been missed up. The... most recent is tonight. Ordered a 12 meal (3wings, 3 legs, 3 thighs, 3 breast) with fries and cole slaw via delivery but Ireceived was 6 legs 1 thigh, 1breast, and 1 wing. No cole slaw, no fries but 1 large mash potatoes which I didn't order. I triedto call but of course they aren't answering the phone. My husband decided to go to the store and get it fixed or give us ourmoney back. Do yourself a favor and just go to the store on Philadelphia road right by Golden Ring Walmart. I asked for three mild wings. They didn?t have any. I asked for a leg and thigh. They gave me a mild leg and breast and a spicy... thigh. They didn?t have brand cups.
