Slow is not the word. I bought over $90 worth of juices and it was all stuffed in one single bag!!! When I asked for a box I was... told no, that it was only for people who bought juice cleanses?. Uuhhh isn?t that what I bought plus more. The. When I asked foranother bag I was looked at like I was crazy. I love Pure Raw but I will never come back to this location. With more locationsopening I feel like they?re losing who they are. I guess I will stick to the federal hill location. Read more

I love this place. I have been going for about 2 yrs now. I purchased the bowls, juices and smoothies. The staff is really... friendly. I've never had a problem until today. I purchased 2 bowls and was very disappointed. The service wasnt that great andThe bowls were sooo watery, luckily we had extra granola to use even though it didnt help. I didnt want to waste my money so weate some til we gave up I guess every business can have a bad day, but i still love this place. Hopefully this is doesnt happenagain. Read more
Love their bowls so so much! The staff was friendly and they got my order right! I order a deviation from the standard and they... got it right without me having to remind them! The only thing I didn't like was they forgot the granola and coconut on the 2bowls I asked for the toppings to be separate. Unusual request so its understandable. Read more
