Slow is not the word. I bought over $90 worth of juices and it was all stuffed in one single bag!!! When I asked for a box I was... told no, that it was only for people who bought juice cleanses?. Uuhhh isn?t that what I bought plus more. The. When I asked foranother bag I was looked at like I was crazy. I love Pure Raw but I will never come back to this location. I love this place. I have been going for about 2 yrs now. I purchased the bowls, juices and smoothies. The staff is really... friendly. I've never had a problem until today. I purchased 2 bowls and was very disappointed. The service wasnt that great andThe bowls were sooo watery, luckily we had extra granola to use even though it didnt help. I didnt want to waste my money so weate some til we gave up I guess every business can have a bad day, but i still love this place. Hopefully this is doesnt happenagain. Read more

Love their bowls so so much! The staff was friendly and they got my order right! I order a deviation from the standard and they... got it right without me having to remind them! The only thing I didn't like was they forgot the granola and coconut on the 2bowls I asked for the toppings to be separate. Unusual request so its understandable. Read more

Deserves more than a mere 5 stars. The staff is kind, remember both YOU and your order, and even your name. With them it's the... little things that matter here. Given how many times I've been, I've met the WHOLE location staff. I'm an avid believer thattheir Honey Bee is their BEST bowl, but might be slightly biased because it's my favorite. If you think you'll be a regular, I'drecommend being apart of their rewards program. They send texts for deals, let you know when you've earned a free bowl, andmore. Great spot! Lots of great smoothie choices and bowls and whatnot. Love the plants and looking forward to hanging out there post... Covid. Big garage door side wall is cool so you can stand outside and wait. Now, service can be a little slow, but everything ismade fresh.
