Just visited the Towson location, ordered the green giant which is usually amazing, but the guy who made it didnt even finished... blending so im literally chewing on the veggies in it. Bought two flu shots which are mostly cayenne and undrinkable. Such abummer since pure raw used to be the best. Read more

I visited this location the other day and got the Health Nut Bowl. Bowl: It was really good! Everything tasted fresh and it was... the right amount of cold for a warm spring day. Atmosphere: The design of the shop is super cute - I love the presentation ofthe menu and the fun little PowerPoint graphics they have on rotation. It is very clean and the employees are kind (in myexperiences). They also have a wall where they let other small businesses in the area put their business cards! I love thattouch - it?s very considerate and a nice way to support the others in the community! Service: Like I said earlier, theemployees are kind. The wait was a bit long for people who added extra things but the manager (I assume) checked in with thepeople making the smoothie to see how long it would take for the bowls of individuals that were waiting a while. Overall, thefood and drinks are a bit pricey but the good food and a clean environment makes it worth the price tag. So I definitelyrecommend this place if you want a healthy treat! Read more

The store provided me with half filled traditional bowl cups and refused to do anything about it. As a regular customer this... upsets me because I love the snacks here and I come all the time. I never have any issues with anyone here but I am verydisappointed that in customer service I didn?t receive quality service or traditional bowls. This is my first time evercomplaining about anything I?ve received from the store and nobody cared enough to genuinely help or take care of the verysimple problem I had which was having two half full bowls after spending almost $40 on my stuff.
