I gave 2 starts because the food is good and flavorful? However, I waited over 5 mins before someone even greeted or assisted me... and I was the only one in line at the moment. Very understaffed, there was only 3 men working and they had a bunch of sideorders so they weren?t engaging with customers once they walked into the establishment. Read more

I found hair in my food mid bite! Disgusting! The staff is unprofessional and react poorly to complaints. They do not wear hair... nets and seem to only wear gloves when they feel like it. I was nauseous after my experience. Avoid Avoid Avoid at all costs!Believe me they don't care either way. Why is it so difficult to find quality food and good service since the pandemic? Read more

I would give this Qdoba negative stars if I could. Years ago, this Qdoba used to be awesome, nowadays it's just flat out... TERRIBLE. I love Qdoba, I frequent other locations ALL the time. The last 3 times I've been in white Marsh, I've chosen to eathere and every single time I tell myself NEVER again. First of all, it's always so dirty when I walk in, the floors, the tables,the soda area etc... The people that work there are just flat out rude and slow. You can tell none of them want to be there.They never have anything stocked as far as napkins, utensils, etc. So even after the last 3 times of having a not so pleasantexperience, I still chose to eat there again tonight and it was BY FAR the worst. My bowl tasted disgusting and had an awfulsmell. I don't know if it was the rice or what but, the lady literally scraped the bottom and gave me all the rice that wasstuck and burnt to the container. The girl ringing us up was too busy on a video call the entire time. And again the place wasjust flat out filthy and they weren't even busy. This location has just gone WAY down hill. I'll still eat Qdoba but NEVER EVERat this one ever again. Read more

I?ve ordered Door Dash from here many times. They constantly get my order wrong. My parents own 3 restaurants, so I know... mistakes happen, but this is ridiculous! The ticket clearly has my order correct, yet they constantly forget items. Then when Icall, the manager just hides behind Door Dash and tells me I have to contact them for the mistake. OH, YOU MEAN THE MISTAKE THATYOUR EMPLOYEE MADE, NOT DOOR DASH?!!! My parents would clean house if one of their restaurants were ran like this. Not sure ifthis is owned by a franchisee or if it?s operated by the franchise itself, but they need to send some authority to this locationand tighten things up. Don?t just hire anyone with a pulse. I really like Qdoba, however, this location is not worth going to. I went their last night to grab dinner and I got the wrong... order (partially my fault for being distracted and not correcting the person helping me). However, the employee was clearly nothaving it and was so unhelpful. He made my order with hardly any beans or chicken- I essentially received a rice burrito fordinner. The only reason I gave it 3 stars was because my fiance's order was better than mine. I don't know if I'll be returningto this location. Read more

Yum! This place was great and a refreshing break from chipotle. I got a salad bowl and the servings were generous. If you have... allergies, their online menu is super clear about what you can or cannot have. There?s a ton of seating indoors, too. It wasquick but we also went at a quiet time which helped. Qdoba is one of my favorite places to go. The food is always fresh and there are many healthier options. Keto friendly power... bowls. Great food with bold flavor! My Favorite entrée Is The Taco bowl It is very delicious. Highly recommend it Read more

Rudest Staff I?ve ever encountered! There was 5- staff? First Manager says Hi, I said how are you and then walked away from me,... complaining about how much prep she has for Cinco de mayo? A few minutes later the guy started serving us, Bur he was beingRude! Then one of the Hispanic ladies was preparing the last part of my food Incorrectly, and I told her, Then they all startedgetting nasty, and we had words. Seriously, Why are they treating the Only two customers like that? I go to Quoba all of thetime near my work, and Never have been through this kind off Disrespect. Now wonder no one else was there?
