I would never go back here , I?ve been calling to get a refund because this place is a fraudulent store since I bought my food... Sunday , they took almost $200 out of my account from the card I used. They were trying to taking money out my friends accountas well but good thing her bank caught on quickly.I don?t ever leave reviews but this is actually ridiculous and I?m trying toreach out before I start a police report . This is probably the absolute worst Qdoba I?ve ever been to. Every single time I order from this location they forget my queso... and chips. I came in tonight at about 9:10pm hoping to order in person to avoid my order being messed up. When I arrived therewere 2 ladies I?m assuming 1 shift lead 1 worker. First off I felt as if I was a bother. The lady with the yellow shirt andAirPods rolled her eyes when I walked in. Nobody greeted me and the entire store was a mess. I told her I wanted a quesadillashe reached to begin making it and then said ?I can get you something else the machine is off?. I?m assuming they just had adinner rush and I completely understand trying to get everything set for closing time but like I said it was 9:10pm, not 9:45pm.At some point you have to think about the customer and not just yourself. I love the food, but customer service sucks double time. They act like they don't want to give you the food, like you're taking... the food off their plates. The rolling their eyes at me, just looking really irritated that they are serving me. If they wasn'tpreparing my food right there in front of me, I would want it. I?ve been a customer here for a little over a year now since I live so close to this location. First importantly, the food is... amazing (qdoba does a good job of maintaining quality along most of its locations). However, ever since I started coming hereI?ve never understood the attitudes and rudeness that the staff carry. Including the 2nd shift manager. I mean every single timeI come here there?s some type of attitude or rudeness occurring. I?ve even heard the employees talking bad about a customer infront of everybody. Some nights they even close early with no warning or sign posted. There?s been times where I make an onlineorder that?ll be done at 9:30-45 (they close at 10) and when I arrive the door is locked, none of the employees will acknowledgeyou, and they won?t answer the phone even when you literally hear it ringing from outside. I?ll continue to go here becauseit?s the only option when you crave nearby qdoba, but there has to be something done about how unprofessional the employees are,there?s just no reason to be this rude and nasty on a daily basis.
