Food was great, only issue I have is - they charge you for a meal and then tells me the drink isn't included. Well, that's not a... meal. Most refer to that as a snack. Then charged me for a drink +1399 for my 5pc tender Meal? Never again. Read more

Had a run in with a very ignorant woman named Pamela who was supposed to be making my sandwich. When I noticed she hadn't added... everything I ordered I politely asked about it, and she snapped at me. She got loud and very disrespectful towards me about asandwich (that she still had made wrong). I left because I refuse to spend my money where someone is so openly disrespectfultowards customers. The other employees heard the exchanged and did nothing to stop that ignorant woman from speaking that way,so the way I see it this whole place needs to get it together. Read more
The two hogs behind the food counter at 10:45am on March 18 We?re very rude, the loud one dropped food on the floor and put it... back in the case. Tried to give me half my order and pitched a typical piggish attitude when I corrected her that I was stillwaiting for half of it. Coffee station was a filthy war zone. Roof leaks, such a shame this brand new location is inundated withAmazon scum and rude pigs. The ladies at the checkout counter however were pleasant and efficient as always. Read more
The food at the deli was delicious! The grevy was a great texture and flavor. The Chicken was crispy and at the juicy. The price... was great for the amount of food you are given. We received fast and friendly service. There is no over night parking fortrucks, but they do have easy access pumps. Read more
This station is VERY convenient for gas. Otherwise, it is a horrible experience. I stopped here last night for chicken. It was... disgusting. It tasted like it had been cooked in very very very old oil. The biscuits were hard. And the potatoes and gravytasted very bad. We threw most of the food away. The food has been good in the past. Before leaving the store I checked thecontents of the boxes. They ALWAYS forget one item it seems. Last night it was a large fries. Additionally, when you get gashere, DO NOT expect to get a receipt. At practically every pump, practically every time I get gas here, I get a "RECEIPT FAIL"from there simply being no paper in the printers at the pumps. As mentioned in another review, the ever changing staff arenormally very nice. This store obviously has a management and supervisor issue. The trash cans are always full. The parking lotis normally full of debris. It is a very high volume store that is not very old. I would expect that as such that Royal FarmCorporate would put the resources in to make this place an example of their corporate values. Right now that message is thatthey are in it for the money and not their customers overall experience. This store is shameful. Read more
Very polite and engaging cashier. But problem is they handle a lot of food and, although the sign in the men's room requires... washing of hands, there is no soap as the dispenser has been broken for some time. Really gross that they do not care for properhygiene. Typically, men do not wash their hands before leaving the men's room. But for the few that are civilized enough towash, there is no operating soap dispenser. Read more
