I love the Royal Farms. They have redone all of them so no matter which location they are all setup the same way. So there is... never any problem finding anything. Customer service is usually friendly, rarely are they not. There chicken boxes and westernfries are AMAZING! I always use my rofo rewards card anytime I check out so I rack up the points. Then I can use them for freechicken tender meals or whatever else is offered on that menu. Read more

I was upset because one I got 2-2 piece chicken tenders. I went to use my rewards points. The lady at the register couldn't do... the rewards points so she said off of my card. But it sure did take 350 reward points and I still paid fully for both meals anda fountain Pepsi. I expect to at least get my points back or a free meal since you took my points. The employees are amazing, its the idiotic customers that once in a while disrupt the nice happy vibes you get when you're in... here. The food is amazing as well. They dont serve dried up, out-of-code food, its fresh every single time I order. Read more

zero stars, male manager says he gets no complaints. I told him, people don't buy gas to keep running back to royal farms. they... don't train people right. raw chicken can make you sick. lines a mile long, one worker up front. two doing everything in back.they need real managers not kids. also i had to put a star in order to post this. Been to alot of Royal Farms in the area, this one is the worst. The workers in general don't have souls. And they are slow. The... person making the food had an attitude. Ordered a chicken parmesan sand-which and she took luke warm chicken strips, threw it ina cold bun and tried poured cold marinara sauce over it. Then she forgot the chese, so she tried to slap provolone over it, butwas to stupid to figure ou that the cheese goes under everything. It's the first thing that goes the bun, and there are picturesfor her to reference so that she knows what order things go in. She still got it wrong. I then told her to toast it because ididn't want a cold sandwhich. She gets an attitude and mumbles under her breath: "I can't take this anymore, this isridiculous". But is it ridiculous for you to do your job right? Read more

So, they mess up my order. It happens. I didn't realize until I got home. I didn't feel like driving back because they left out... a side (that I paid extra for), but I figured I would contact their manager to tell them the error occurred. Generally, that isthe point where the manager would apologize and tell their staff members to be more careful. Instead, the manager argues with methat I didn't understand how my order works. Apparently, the second side (that I paid additional money for on top of the mealand ordered after ordering the complete meal) became my included side and I just gave them a few extra dollars to substitute it.Disregard the fact that I paid extra money for a second side and I am the confused party. This was before I was hung up on.Lesson learned. Avoid this Royal Farms branch. If you do go there, open your food at the counter and ensure they includedeverything you paid for. If they didn't be prepared for their manager to argue with you about what you paid for and why theydidn't include everything you paid for. No. I understand completely what I ordered and what should be included in the order. Ieven know how to read a receipt. I guess that's why you work at a convenience store and I don't. Read more

Stopped in to pre-order chicken and fries for a party for Sunday. Went home and called later and spoke to a lady and told her I... needed to change my pick up time from 3:00 to 2:00. She said no problem. Took my name and number and said she would post it.Well, Sunday at 2:00 my daughter and son-in-law stopped to pick it up and the girl behind the counter with curlers in her hairwas rude and said the books said 3:00 and they weren't changing it. Very rude! When my husband went back at 3:00 to pick it uphe said a young man nearly through it at him.he didn't see the curler lady. What kind of place is this? I will be callingcorporate!!!
