Every time time I go into this store there is always a LONG. Line. There?s also only one person working the counter it?s not an... updated one where you can check yourself out. The staff look you sideways when you mention the back up and there does not seemto be a manager. If there is they do not know how to manage the store or deal with customer service. Read more

I love love love Royal Farms regular fried chicken and since I volunteer near by I stop in almost every volunteer day. But now... almost every order has a hint of the spicy version. And since I don't care for their spice mix it's a total waste of money. Thisoccurred in multiple consecutive visits so I assume there is no clear process to keep the 2 recipes separate. So unfortunatelyI will no longer be purchasing Royal Farms chicken. Read more
This particular Royal Farms on Light Street in Baltimore always has chicken and fries that are way too salty. I think that the... coating is already seasoned and when they cook theirs they are adding more salt. I never had this problem at any other RoyalFarms. I don't know why the location of Royal Farms was changed with the Uber Eats and Postmates but I am sad that it did. Ireluctantly ordered anyway and was sorry that I did. The location is in the middle of downtown Baltimore. No free parking, its in a location where a lot of homeless people gather at... times to ask for change, they don't have a lot of products on the shelf. Read more
By far the worst Royal Farms franchise in Baltimore. Chicken was undercooked, smelled old with an odor, & had feathers all... around it. Drink selection was below average. Royal Farms is known for having a wide selection, except this location. The storeis dirty. I would not recommend This location to my worst enemy. Read more
