This Royal Farms has the WORST staff ever! They never speak back when spoken to, everything is a hassle for them when asked for... something and they actually acknowledge you speaking. The employees working with food are super slow and don't read the orderwhen placed. They just put whatever they want in the box/bag. THE ABSOLUTE WORST! Read more
They was closed by either the county or city on 02/24/2021. The neon orange paper said something about they have to clean the... whole establishment. I went in their today and, well, it looks the same. The coffee was a bit off or maybe I was freaking outthat they had got sanctioned. The chicken in the chicken box that I ordered tasted like it was on the verge of being spoiled. They probably heat and re-heat... their chicken. Please smell and taste your chicken before you leave. USUALLY the chicken is good. VERY DISAPPOINTED! Read more
Parking lot including gas pups too tight. Chicken barely warm and dry. Ordered 4 pc chicken with Mac and cheese with fries. I... did not get fries nor the Mac and cheese. I ordered a lg iced black coffee. I was given a large cup but iced coffee makerautomatically set for 1/2 coffee in large cup. I asked attendant why cup not full he said thats the way the machine fills thelarge cup. So I had an over abundance of ice with a little more than 1/2 cup of coffee. I will not revisit this location. I cant, I just cant, absolutely zero hospitality. Zero manners, picks fights with little old laddies, I walk in and a women that... looked like she had to be at least 85 years of age is carded for cigarettes... Not only that the lady at the register decides topick fights with me for no reason, asks private and I mean PRIVATE info about me, beyond any level of rudeness I have ever seen,today I decided to cut my royal farms card in half. DONT EAT CHICKEN HERE! This is the 1st time I've ever had this type of experience at Royal farms! The 2 woman are very... unprofessional, rude, & extremely ghetto. The chicken was dry, some looked overcooked, not fresh at all. That chicken prob beensitting in that glass all day. The one rude, evil, ugly lady states, "we not cooking no more chicken." The other big lazy oneact like she didn't want to go to the register to ring up customers. I'm not sure what's going on in this store? Why theseladies even have jobs acting this way? My experience during today's visit wasn't so hot. Signs were posted saying the oven way broken. That basically meant none of the... breakfast stuff I'd driven here specifically to get was available. Then I went to the little push button cappuccino machine. Ipressed the button and all that came out was hot water. This places needs to close immediately! I got a Chesapeake grilled sandwich there and the guy fixing my sandwich put spoiled... spread on my sandwich. It smelled so rotten that as he prepared it I asked what it was I was smelling and the girl working theresaid it was ?the trash? it wasn?t until I got home and opened it the smell was the exact same as I smelled in the store! That isthe most disgusting thing I?ve ever had to deal with and it made me sick to my stomach. I did go back and received a refund butI feel like the food option needs to be removed!
