Staff lied about what they put in my order. So I wouldn't trust that they're not messing with people's food in other ways. Then... shorted me on the refund, while accusing me of being a thief. Read more

I've purchased the chicken from this Royal Farms on many occasions and have never once been disappointed by the overall food... quality. The chicken is always fresh and tastes pretty good. I must say my only complaint is that the chicken is often way toosalty painfully so. Also the automated menu selection system has the absolute worst customer user interface. The printers thatare supposed to record what you order rarely work. The store is sort of run down in a perfectly ghetto sort of way. The staffare always polite, cheerful and helpful often going far above and beyond to help customers. Sometimes there is a long wait forchicken to be ready. Overall this is a nice store in a nice area near Towson State University. I enjoy my visits to this storeand return often. Read more

I got off work & passed Royal Farms on 7204 York Road & was like I can go for a chicken box! Well, after purchasing the chicken... box I waited until I got home to eat. The chicken tasted terrible! It smelled like the grease it was fried in was bad or old orthe chicken was bad or old! So much so I just ended up throwing the chicken away! My hash brown & jalapeño cheese sauce wasbetter than the chicken. ??????????? I?ll never order food from this Royal Farms again. ??????????? They need to hire new cooks! The ppl working there can?t cook! Read more

Unfortunately I didn't catch the cashier's name. Tuesday morning, I made a quick stop for canned Starbucks and a Teriyaki stick.... Now, I have been told millions of times to Have a good day, in my 50 years on this earth. This gentleman said to me. "Have agood day, on purpose." I didn't digest how meaningful that was until l got in my car. Now, so many things went wrong that daybut, I still had a good day. All because this gentleman knew, you make your day; your day doesn't make you. Thank you forreminding me. Read more

Their employees really need to pay attention to how they handle the merchandise. Second time I've bought a Tasty Kake Apple pie... to find out it has been cut open from when they opened the supply box I'm assuming. I'm too far away to drive back up over thisbut it is infuriating when you have your mouth set on eating a snack. Read more
