The scenery of this location is absolutely beautiful. I went at night for a birthday dinner and it was absolutely stunning. The... service was good but due to us being there at the closing hour we felt a bit rushed. Which is understandable. Their food wasdelicious. I will definitely be going back Read more

I came to this beautiful restaurant for my birthday dinner this past week. The food and service here is impeccable. My server... Karen (who was still in training) was an absolute delight. She was warm, friendly and attentive. Everything I ordered came outfast, fresh and very delicious. My main course of Chilean Sea Bass was so moist, tender and flavorful. The restaurant itself isvery clean and elegant. I also got a nice view of the harbor as the sun went down. I will definitely come here again the nexttime I am in the Baltimore area. Read more

Wonderful food and some of the best views of the Baltimore skyline. My wife and I had lunch here on a beautiful Sunday... afternoon. I had a new appetizer, Pork Belly Confit and it was absolutely delicious. My wife had the twin Lobster Tails andmy entree was the Swordfish prepared Asian style. All in all, it was a fabulous lunch... Read more

Birthday Dinner for my daughter. She turned 19. Michael, our waiter, was awesome. He gave us a great experience!! The food was... good but I really wanted it to be great. Especially for $630 ????????. Oh but let me mention the scallops, steak and the wholedeep fried fish ???? because they were all top notch. So I definitely recommend. But if you prefer seasoned crab cakes andseafood pasta then you better speak up. The desserts were talked up to be amazing but weren't. The cheesecake was okay butnothing to write home about. We also didn't finish any other desserts that the table shared. Overall, it was good and a greatBirthday dinner. Appreciate all Michael did for us and his sincere apology for my mom's food not coming out. Read more

The place is gorgeous with stunning views. It's got an old world feel and a lot of locals treat it as a landmark from what I... gather. The seafood was fresh and delicious. The cream of crab soup was the star of the show. Do not hesitate to get this ifyou like crab. We also got fresh bread served to us that was warm when it got to us and scrumptious. Our server was attentive, personable and really knew her product. I was impressed. The Asian glaze on my wood grilled fish was so tasty. Overall, it's awonderful experience. It's everything you want out of a seafood restaurant. Read more

The Rusty Scupper is right on the water in the Inner Harbor, Baltimore. You do need a reservation but we were able to get one... for the same day, although not quite at the time we requested (15 minute difference). We asked for a water view table and wereseated there. The view is beautiful, the restaurant itself pretty. Our server was very friendly and helpful. I ordered thehouse salad. You can (for additional price) add crab, shrimp or chicken to this. I asked for hot shrimp. When the salad came,no shrimp. The server apologized and brought it back for me . This was the only thing we didn't like - the shrimp was notseasoned at all and was icy cold, which wasn't what I ordered. There was an email promotion for a free crab cake appetizer, sowe ordered that. It was one crab cake, crispy outside, tender inside with littler filler. So good. We split the bowl of Creamof Crab soup, which was a large portion. The soup itself was basically potato with crab on top, was okay. The entrees, however, were delicious. The crab stuffed shrimp with mashed potatoes and asparagus were large, flavorful and well seasoned. The portion is deceiving, much bigger than it seems. The crab dip was one of the best things we had while in Baltimore. Servedwith warm french bread slices, it was filled with large pieces of crab and was absolutely amazing. The single crab cake was $29,which we thought high, but the prices mostly did reflect the quality of the food, which was for the most part outstanding. Read more
