I get to the store and despite the hours being posted on the door as 10-8 on sundays the store is closed. I check online and the... store is listed as open, I then try the phone number and the voicemail even says that the store is open it's normal regularhours. This was very disconcerting because to me this means you are pushing bad information onto your customer. This should befixed and addressed. Read more
Ordered from the app on Saturday and the not only did it take me about 20 minutes to get to the location because the damn... streets was closed down but after walking all the way to the store ?it was closed!! They charged me and everything for a item noone was making . I came in Monday and got the item but the app should not allow you to order for a closed location, duh! Read more
I came around 8:34 pm to order a smoothie. The store doesn?t close until 9:00 pm. They refuse to open the door despite the sign... saying open. I am very disappointed Read more

I LOVE this smoothie king! I go about 4 days a week! I place my order on the smoothie king app about 10 minutes before getting... there and it is always ready! The main couple workers make amazing smoothies and are polite and so welcoming and helpful. I amalways hoping it is them working and it almost always is!! This Smoothie king is located in a nice area right next to subway,which makes a nice combination every now and then! The smoothies cost a little bit more than the other places in the city butthe many unique choices, tastiness and the pleasant atmosphere make it worth the extra couple bucks. Read more
