Very large location with plenty of parking spots. Drive through line can be long but the staff here is trained really well.... You?ll be in and out in under 5 minutes even with a rush. Food and drink quality is the same as other locations Read more
Very nice service... drink could've been stronger and sweeter.
Just went in to get a hot Chai latte and add cold foam and a barrister with purple hair(possibly a manager) said ?for our... safety? we don?t put cold foam on the hot drinks because of bacteria? mind you I just had one 2 days ago?so idk what this issuewas. Very weird experience. We walked in, accidentally dropped an empty soda bottle one of us had been carrying and the cashier told... us we can't throw things in the store. I responded with we're not and then we continued to order. They seemed very annoyed whenmy friend didn't have enough cash and I had to give her a dollar, acting like we were wasting their time even though their wasno one else inside. After we got our drinks, with one being wrong in the process, we all had to use the bathroom. As we walkedback there, the male employee who took our order chased us five young girls to the bathroom to tell us it was company policythat we couldn't go in together, which we had no plan of doing. One of us explained that we weren't, we were just waiting forthem to open up. It was overall a very strange encounter and I don't know why it happened, just that the whole thing was superweird, especially the last event. Read more
