The Starbucks inside of Harris Teeter on Boston St in Baltimore Maryland does not follow the safety procedures and precautions... for CO-VID19 with deliveries. I ordered a Caramel Macchiato from Door Dash that was coming from this Starbucks in particular.When I received it there wasn?t nothing sealing the drink in any way. It wasn?t in a bag, cup holder or even a stopper that youput in the hole of the drink. It was handed to me just as if I picked it up myself from Starbucks. I called the store and spokewith Greg the Co-Manager and I was told by him that he was gonna coach the people on this matter. This is unacceptable andunprofessional for an essential company to be. I had ordered a cup of frabuchino and when it was ready, I realized that I had forgotten to ask for two extra pumps of coffee,... so I told the barista(Jenn) that. She just smiled and happily made me another one with the extra coffee. Great service! Read more
