Employees are always nice to me and the sandwiches are great. Very clean location. Only complaint I have is the cookies are... often undercooked. Visibly pale cookies that don't taste right, which wastes money as I have to throw them away. Cookies need tobe cooked at least 5 minutes longer maybe to be golden brown or darker, not anemic. I will keep going to this location though. Read more

Very rude staff. No customer acknowledgement when you walk in the store. In fact, the lady sat in the back for 3 minutes before... coming out to give me her attitude while talking my order. She "will that be all" me so much that I didn't wanna complete myorder, felt like I was in a McDonald's drive thru. Will never spend my money here again and I advise you to find a better subwaylocation. They obviously don't like working in the food service industry and it shows in their attitudes. Needs high levelcustomer service training. Read more

Recently, Subway announced that in its 60-year history, it was changing its menu substantially, and fine-tuned the new 12... signature Subway series. And so, I decided to stop by this location to find out if the Subway submarine sandwich hasimproved. For my footlong ?Subway Club? (it costs $10.59 including sales tax - can you believe it?!) sandwich, the SandwichArtist asked me what kind of bread I preferred, and then she asked me if I wanted to customize the ingredients. The SandwichArtist knew what she was doing, and how to make a proper submarine sandwich with care. As I was leaving, three customers camein, and I overheard their conversations, ?Today only, Subway is giving away one free 6-inch submarine sandwich to everycustomer?? Really?! Then how come the Sandwich Artist did not tell me?! I guess the franchisee did not want to give away onefree sub to the customers like me. So disappointed!!! Read more

Extremely rude service. Do they not realize they are in food service industry? This is not how you treat customers. From... slamming the bread on the counter to complaining about something in their language every time I ask for a topping. You can justfeel the hostility the way she was talking. If I wanted panini, I would have went to Panera for better food and service. Evenwhen I paid for the food using their mobile app and the coupon that was provided owner kept looking at me and the receipt likeI'm scamming him. Again, talking in their language as I'm walking out. Can't be anything nice. I tried to give benefit of doubt, people can have bad day at work but judging by the reviews left on here I don't think they are deemed to run a restaurantbusiness. Read more

Second day in a row, no cheese on the sandwich. When I called the guy he lied about it. When I said, I am not blind, the guy... said okay come back and I will give you cheese. Unbelievable! These folks don?t know how to run a business. Read more

Barely acknowledge customer. Site says delivery-maybe via 3rd party but curbside pickup was only option. App requires storing... credit card. Only went again for location, in future will drive to Jersey Mike's. Sandwiches require purchase of double meat tobarely make a decent sandwich. Stayed away for years, learned my lesson. Won't go back. Read more
