Cozy place. Personnel are caring and their service and prices are excellent.
Food was food and service was great. But online orders here do not take presodence if they are busy, I wait in line anyway to... just have them start. My grandmother and I stopped in this Subway after a long visit with my grandfather last night. The girl who waited on us just... seemed like she was irritated from the beginning of our order. She didn't heat any of our sandwiches up, which I thought it wasweird that she put them in at the same time and stood in front of the machine while it was going. She acted like she didn'twant to put my sandwiches together the way they were supposed to be and she dropped my bag in front of me hastily (tossed it tomy side of the counter) when I was ringing out. It's no reason for you to be rude to your customers for no reason, I almostsaid nvm at checkout but it was late and my grandmother didn't want to stop anywhere else. Read more
As a former employee of a subway (not this subway) i was mad to see the cross contamination of not changing gloves, they didnt... proof the bread right it tasted weird or like chemically and i paid 12 bucks for one footlong.not to mention the staff isnt thenicest Read more
There was a change in personnel and this place is not the same. The associates aren't quite rude, but border on it, especially... when they cannot understand what you are saying. They also come across as impatient. Things run better when the manager isactually present. Read more
Typical Subway. Location is small. Lines are often long. Cashiers have trouble with coupons. Chip rack is in an awkward... location, grab them when you get in line. Drinks are expensive, walk around to the cafeteria and get one there, they are muchcheaper. Read more
Located inside of Sinai Hospital and very convenient. I visit this location on a regular basis because they are open 24 hours.... Good food and as always fresh. The tomatoes could be more ripe instead of green. My sandwich was put together messy which isreflective of the service in my opinion. Read more
