I did not like this location. I made an order through the app & it charged me for the order. But in the app it never completed... or finalized my order for pickup yet it still charged me. So upon arrriving to the location I let the team member know whathappened & she was of no help. She was rude & tried to make it seem as though I was lying even though I showed proof that it didin deed charge me. I understand people lie all the time, but you can?t assume that everyone is lying. I was showing actual proofthat it charged me but the lady didn?t care. & when I asked for the manager, she tried to act like she didn?t know what I wassaying. Luckily I can dispute this charge with my bank. I will not be using the app & will not be going to this location everagain. I prefer the location on 6900 Dogwood rd anyways. Read more

Very sock customer service, specially the Indian lady. I don't recommend you to go this place
Good subs. Just know what you want because they make the sub according to your order.
This is my favorite subway. They are always friendly and make great subs. They set a high standard for others to live up to.
Went in ordered 2 sandwiches, about to pay asked to use the restroom and was told it was out of order both men and women, have u... ever heard of that, tell me how so the workers use the restroom all day at work?? I told them the could keep their sandwiches. Read more
The staff here are friendly and courteous, and the place is clean and organized. We've had subs here and had party platters,... they went out of their way to make sure we had extra condiments,etc. As good or better than any other Subway I've been to. Read more
