THEY MAKE YOUR SANDWICH DELICIOUS.
I placed an order online through the app. When I placed the order it said delivery but after I paid it said pick up. I called... right away and a woman said they did not have my order. I contacted customer service and they said contact the restaurant so Icalled back and a man said the order was already made they cant cancel. I told him I just called less than 5 minutes ago and wastold they didnt have my order. He put the woman on the phone and she hung up on me. I ordered the new sliders only to be told what I could and couldn?t have on my sandwich. The guy fixing my sliders told me that... I could only have a tomato and one piece of lettuce. I asked for a few others things for my sandwich. He then in a rude manor,motioned for me to read the employee sandwich guide sign by the register. This was the worst Subway I've ever been to. I should have suspected something was wrong when I caught a strange whiff when I... walked in. The bread was brick hard and the seafood mix tasted a little weird and it wasn't chilled as it is everywhere else. Ifthis was my first time at a Subway, I would never go back or try another location. Worst customer service ever. Food prep is inadequate and as usual, no accountability for completely screaming up an order... through a 3rd party delivery service. Uber Eats is one of the worst companies in America, very closely aligned with Subway. Read more
The food here is good the service is always good but they cannot add watch how you get charged for the food that you order they... overcharged me more than once and I had specifically showed the person where they were wrong and the first time they told methey did not change their prices which is not fair the second time they told me that they had to charge me for something that Idid not pay for because it cost more. without you telling a person that before they order it or it being on the menu that is nothow business is conducted. Also they speak a majority of Nepali so they might offend you because they will speak the language inyour face and behind your back which can be very rude to most people in this country Read more
