The smoothies are good and the main staff are great and very friendly, however the store is very hot it was over 80F the last... time I was in there on a day it was 90F outside. I've been in often as well and it is a normal issue, and it is hotter in theback I'm sure so I feel bad for the employees. The owners seems to prefer to save a few bucks on electricity than take care oftheir employees and make the store comfortable for customers. The owner (or one of the owners) is also often in the store andis constantly telling off employees for being slow while he just stands in the way, not even taking orders while the employeeswork. It is super unprofessional to talk down to employees in front of other employees and customers, especially when there is aline of customers he is making wait. When I found out this man was the owner and not just some sort of manager, I decided tostop going to the store. I'd rather spend money somewhere that takes care of their employees. Read more

I get the best experience from this Tropical Smoothie. The staff is very friendly bright and helpful if I want to make a new... selection even though I usually know what I want and when I come in the door they usually know what I want as well. I've neverhad a bad experience here and make a point to come to this specific location on the days that I work in the area. This was my first time at a Tropical Smoothie, and definitely not my last! I was blown away by the patience and kindness of the... lady who helped me today. I had no idea what i would like, and wanted to make sure i picked a smoothie that would be goodconsidering the price, and let me say it was definitely worth it! I had so many questions and changed my mind many times,something i know can be super aggravating for a worker, but she took it with grace and seemed so eager to help and recommend allof her favorite things! I wish i remembered her name to give her the credit for her kindness, she had glasses and a fun makeuplook! To the lovely lady who helped me out today, if you see this, thank you! We got our order to go. The person gave us the wrong order initially. Then tried to give the order given to us to the original... person. Logically, that person needed their order remade. We waited for our order, and the guy didn't know how to make it. Oncethey gathered themselves. We got our order and the chicken bacon ranch wrap was drenched in ranch.
