Disgusting food. Disgusting service. I went to pick up my Uber Eats order and was asked to provide proof that I was the person... who ordered the food because ?people steal orders? ? oh really? - So random people come in and provide an unusual first andlast name to steal food from your establishment on a regular basis? The kid who waited on me also displayed numerous microaggressions shouting after me ?thank you - please come back again? in a crowded store after I was on my way out of the door. I bought three dozen, large males as a birthday treat for me and my son, they were amazing; packed with meat and delicious... yellow mustard and even the small legs had meat that came right out. I ate them for two nights after I purchased them, I wantedto make crab cakes but, I just couldn't stop eating them, even the third night the mustard was just as delicious as the first. I've gotten crabs at Waterman's since my sister recommended them and I'll never go anywhere else. Read more
Don't get me wrong the food is amazing!!!! A meal I ordered wasn't worth the $29 bc so little of a portion was given. The staff... was super friendly, place was clean and I feel everyone should try them. I'm sure I'll go back I just know I won't order thatagain lol Read more
If this is a medium crab I would hate to get small I ordered large and medium they were terrible. I remember why I stopped going... to them. And started going to Skip Jacks and the paper is free. Very disappointed they put my separate order of mediums in thesame bag as my large they all ended up looking the same. I never really leave reviews but I couldn?t walk away from this one.Not cool. Customer service was great everybody was kind, inviting and had no problem explaining the menu, if you can't decide what to... order. They have a large menu of different seafood idea to choose from, and everything is cooked fresh to ordered. I ordered twolump crab cake platters and a pound of steamed Shrimp. The crab cakes were cooked perfect and they were ALL meat (no heavybreading). I ordered fries, hush puppies, and deviled eggs as a side. The fries are amazing ????????, the hush puppies are goodas well, but the deviled eggs are lack luster to say the least ???????????????. The steamed shrimp were spot on and they comewith onions and obay for free ????. Waterman's seafood pride definitely gets my stamp of "Baltimore seafood place you must eatin if you visit". The prices are surprisingly reasonable when you think about the delicious seafood dishes they're serving ????.I don't have anything bad to say about my experience, the deviled eggs are wack but I feel like I'm jus knit picking????????????. It's in a great shopping center that has a 3$ movie theater, Rita's and other stores to shop in. I'd suggest youtry Waterman's Pride Seafood if you're ever craving seafood ????. Read more
Last night my crabs were horrible. They were light, nasty, and had almost no meat. They should not have sold those crabs to... anyone. They were my backup crab spot not anymore. Read more
Ordered the shrimp cheesesteak and it was a mediocre cheesesteak with maybe two chopped up little shrimps. They definitely skimp... on the shrimp but best believe they charge you shrimp prices! The deviled eggs were messed up on top of eachother with thefilling everywhere due to the way the worker handled them upon packaging. The woman with dark hair and a pink shirt on 11/5/22around 5pm had a bad attitude. This establishment is just messy. Read more
