If I could give this Wendy?s negative stars I would. Every time I go there, they are unprofessional. I?ve had my doordash order... get cancelled twice 2 hours prior til they closed and all they said was that they didn?t get my order. Which is a lie. This isfrustrating when I?m trying to feed my toddler. Then every time I go there in person, I?m left waiting in the drive thru. Nowtoday, they close at midnight. My husband ordered from doordash and they gave the doordasher the wrong order. My husband drovein person to get the correct order at 11pm (mind you they close at midnight? and they told my husband they weren?t takinganymore orders when they took the persons order in front of him. AFTER THEY GAVE OUR DOORDASHER THE WRONG ORDER TO BEGIN WITH.Not to mention he was there an hour before closing!!! I hate this Wendy?s. And I hope the management or the employees getreplaced because clearly customer service is not a priority. It?s literally every time I go there. I do not recommend thisWendy?s at all. Read more
