Came to pick up a doordash, order wasn't ready, when I asked how long dude threw an attitude. Just wanted to post that this man... either needs to learn better customer service or switch his career up as this ain't the job suited for the attitude he carries. Read more
They refuse to take card on any given day after 8 30 pm, and that's if they even take your order. On several occasions they've... just not taken drive through orders despite being open in the evening, and they'll just look at you as you drive away after notresponding when you pull up to the drive through and wait. It's happened many times as I've tried to get food after work overthe last few months. Read more
This evening on August 11, 2022, I went inside to place my order. There were no customers at the time, but a young female... employee was literally sitting on the counter...YES, you read this right! She jumped down when I entered, and another femaleemployee said, " I told you about sitting up there!" How nasty and unsanitary is that??? Do you think she bothered to sanitizethe counter? That is a big NO!!! I dont know who the manager or supervisor was....probably the person who told her aboutsitting on the counter previously. Ordered the Bourbon burger large combo and was given a small fry. This was the saddest burger I've ever received. And for a $13... price tag. Absolute trash. Wait time was nominal and staff was fine. The food tho......deserving of negative stars. Seriously@wendys your product is trash. Do better. Read more
If I could give this Wendy?s negative stars I would. Every time I go there, they are unprofessional. I?ve had my doordash order... get cancelled twice 2 hours prior til they closed and all they said was that they didn?t get my order. Which is a lie. This isfrustrating when I?m trying to feed my toddler. Then every time I go there in person, I?m left waiting in the drive thru. Nowtoday, they close at midnight. My husband ordered from doordash and they gave the doordasher the wrong order. My husband drovein person to get the correct order at 11pm (mind you they close at midnight? and they told my husband they weren?t takinganymore orders when they took the persons order in front of him. AFTER THEY GAVE OUR DOORDASHER THE WRONG ORDER TO BEGIN WITH.Not to mention he was there an hour before closing!!! I hate this Wendy?s.
