I rose from the leaving reviews dead to leave this Wendy's a single star for being the worst Wendy's I've been to in my 35 on... this earth. I've been ride or die for Wendy's as my fast food option for a long time and this location is by far the worstlocation I have ever been to. It's always slow. The food is lukewarm at best. And the sandwiches always look like someonestepped on them. I love Wendy's. Their nuggies are top tier. And their breakfast is the best in the game. But this Wendy's isjust terrible. Read more
Staff is respectful. The food is fresh and they try to get orders done as fast as possible. Customers complain if they get busy... and their food is cold. During a rush, the staff is overwhelmed. As an employee, I love this place. I love the food, mycoworkers and the customers. As a customer, you have to be patient and understanding although it may irritate you with how longyou're waiting for food. The staff can only do what the can. They can only go as fast as they can. Some customers aren't nice tostaff at all which makes it hard to do their job efficiently. Ultimately, be respectful. It goes a long way. Read more
By far one of the worst Wendy's I have ever been to lately. I would like to give them the benefit of the doubt,that they're... under staffed.However, I was not pleased at all.I finally got to the drive through speaker to place my order after waiting 10minutes behind the ( One ) vehicle that was placing their order ahead of me.Then I ended up sitting there another 9-10 minutesbefore I was finally acknowledged,no apology for the ridiculous amount of time that I had already been waiting,no manners atall actually. Then I pull up to the window,receive my drinks,and wait another 8 minutes to get my order,only to find that NONEof my food hot or even warm,and both of my Sandwiches were wrong! So I spent $35.00 and almost as many minutes at a "Fast food "restaurant to get cold,improperly prepared food! Read more
Burger was decent except someone biting my bread first. Fries were given to me lukewarm even after a refry.
We just waited 25 minutes in the drive thru for barely warm food. The fries tasted like dehydrated cardboard. The fries are... suppose to be guaranteed fresh and hot. Not at this location. I wouldn't not recommend going to this location. Read more
Hadn?t been here in awhile due to bad experiences in the past. Gave it another shot. Still sucks. Once I got to the speaker... after waiting in line, I was never greeted, and was finally responded to after 2-3 minutes of silence and me saying ?hello??.Guy who took my order wasn?t polite. Asked ?what?s your sauce? for my nuggets then didn?t give it to me. Bad service. Food wasok. Won?t be returning anytime soon. Nothing fast about this fast food place and their service is bad. Terrible service Waited at the counter for over 10 minutes without anyone helping me. There were plenty of people behind the... counter but none of them stopped what they were doing to help me. A few of them looked right at me and didn?t even acknowledgemy existence. One of the employees said that they would be right with me but then proceeded to go about their business, Ieventually gave up and left. I totally understand the stress of fast food, I worked in a fast food restaurant, but it takesabout a minute to stop what you are doing and take an order. Read more
The food was fresh, the cashier was super nice and the restaurant was clean. The bathrooms were really clean too!
