Went to get a quick meal, was near this location. I went inside, no one else was at the counter but me. Employee's were talking... drive thru orders and I guess pickup for grub hub or whatever they use. Anyway, stood at counter for approximately five minutes,no one acknowledged I was there, or said we will be with you shortly. I just left and took my business elsewhere. Counter service was good today, i appreciate the two ladies' patience up at the front, but they might need to hire an extra hand... seeing as how they get A LOT of business. I ordered the chicken BLT combo that comes with fries, drink and the 4pc nuggets.Everything was pretty good and the you can't beat the bang for the buck. One point missing for improvement is keep the oilrotating, sometimes you can just take a little and leave the rest or either just flip it more regularly. Other than that, goodjob:) Read more

This Wendy's is located across from the Walmart Shopping Center, on the northwest corner of the intersection of Washington... Boulevard and Commerce Drive. An entrance located on the north- side of Washington Boulevard, could be easily missed, sodrive slowly. An entrance and exit is also along Commerce Drive. There is ample parking. A Bank of America ATM island canbe accessed via the parking lot. A tire company is adjacent to the site. Wendy's offers an easily accessible drive-thru laneand a parallel lane if you change your mind. Courteous drive-through order-takers offer helpful menu suggestions. The drive through was the absolute slowest I've ever experienced, and to add once I finally got to the window to receive my... order which consists of a medium frosty and 2 cookies, that's it. I was told to pull forward and waited approximately 15 moreminutes. Total time in drive through was 35 minutes. SMH! Read more
The wait time is ridiculously long and the staff is not friendly accept for one young lady who is actually kind and have great... customer service. The other staff don't even try to acknowledge you when you are standing there waiting to order. Also the foodis always cold! Will not go back there again and I honestly don't recommend this Wendy's unless you want to be frustrated andeat cold food! Read more
This place is horrible!!! Do not go here!!! Several times I have been here to pick up an online order placed at least 20-30... minutes before I arrived and NEVER has it been ready or even started before I got there. I have still waited for 10-15 minuteseach time for them to prepare my order while I watch 5-7 others both in the drive thru and inside the store come after me, placetheir order, and receive their food and drive away while I stand there and watch and wait. At least 5 times I have experiencedthis at this location. The staff is rude, unprofessional, uncaring, and unfocused, with no direction, focus or sense of urgency.Where is the management and team leadership? It is non existent and disgraceful. Intervention is necessary at this store by thecorporate office that oversees this operation. I would be embarrassed to be associated with this store. The worst ever from manager down. I'm standing there to wait for service and about 6 of them including manager joking and... conversation turn around looked at me continues with conversation before waiting on me and this not only happen but all the time the owner needs to send in someone and check their business out.
