The food was very good. Fresh fries and nuggets. The only thing that did gross me out was that the cashier was handling money... and serving food with out gloves. Cross contamination would be my concern. The service was slow but I?m guessing that?s whythey?re hiring. The service was good and the cashier was very nice. Came here about 1 hr before close and got a 4 for 4. Everything was cold and I had to heat it up when I got home. Luckily this... was the last time I ordered from any fast food place. Do yourself a favor and go shopping for fresh food and cook your ownmeals. It's 100% worth it. Read more
Most pathetic service I have received from a fast food restaurant in a very long time. I sat in line for almost an hour because... they didn?t have hamburger meat. They failed to tell me this until after I payed and after noticing that their just taking moreorders while lining unserved customers around the building. I asked for a refund. I asked several times and every time they toldme they were going to give me one and the new person just came back and asked me if I wanted a refund still. . Then she cameout to tell me she was done making my food but wanted to see if I wanted a refund. I decided to just take the food and Ishould?ve gotten the refund because my fries were so cold I threw them away. The service here is absolutely pathetic. THE WORST ! I ordered an Asiago chicken sandwich it does not come with ketchup and Mayo and the wrapping of my sandwich was... ripped I barley had any fries in the bag. My boyfriends sandwich had tomatoes on it he asked for no tomatoes like they justdon?t care here this is ridiculous spent $30 for the whole order to be wrong and then didn?t give us no receipt and I know Iordered a bacon double stack and didn?t even get my sandwich and they tried to say I didn?t order it swear I?ll never eat hereagain and I don?t suggest anyone else to it?s a waste of money and the food quality is bad. This is the worst Wendy?s in the area if not the state. The time it takes to get through the drive through is embarrassing and... they should be embarrassed, not friendly or cordial or well spoken. Just save your money and more importantly your time andchoose any other place nearby. Maybe this will cause them to change staff or just close this terrible location.
