I'd rather live in a food desert than come to this place. Worst place ever to represent Wendy's. The operators should be... embarrassed. After sitting in the drive thru for several minutes..the person came over the speaker and told me to come inside toplace an order. It is not hard to put a sign up...This place is always slow, they often forget items that you paid for and thecustomer service is non existent. I'd be happy if this place shut down and became something else run by someone else. I have a30 minute lunch break and I can't come here, get a bite to eat, and get back to work on time. F THIS PLACE. My husband and out of town couple days ago and we had some Wendy's food. We both had chicken peacon salad with raspberry salad... dressing and it was delicious. Our location was in Mississippi, it was difficult understanding our server but overall good. Read more
Only drive thru was open.. the line was RIDICULOUSLY long, and some drivers just drove off. Had to wait to have order taken-... only could service the car at the pick up window, so sat at the speaker, waiting to order. Then they didn't even have Frenchtoast sticks! The salads are inconsistent. You'll definitely notice if you order more than 1 salad. My partner & I ordered 2 southwest... salads: 1 had NO guacamole, but a great amount of bacon and chicken The other had barely any chicken and a half strip ofbacon The leaves were old in both salads. If the leaves were fresh I would had given 3 stars. Tables are usually filthy alongwith the countertop where orders are taken. What I can say is that the undesirable salad was replaced with a better salad.Thank you management! I wish that my partner didn't devour his salad so quickly because I could had taken pictures. Theres usually some issue when I come here but figured I?d try again anyway since it?s so close. I ordered a breakfast mobile... order at 10:15am go to the drive through at 10:23am and was told to go inside for all orders. I get in line and right as I getto the front, it?s 10:28am at this point, the person at the cash register told me to wait so that she could finish other orders.I did and then as someone finally comes over about 5 minutes later, they tell me I can?t get my order because it?s passed10:30am lol.
