Try and order anything after 7pm? Know you're not getting your food, whether you drive thru or get delivery thru another app. If... you pull up when they literally say they're open, they'll purposely ignore you and if they do answer or open the window, knowyou're gonna get a terrible attitude. Everytime I go to the other Wendy's. I ask for extra extra extra pickles and extra extra extra onions and they ALWAYS give me... like 4 dinky pickles and one or 2 onions . I just dont understand why . But when I come to this wendys and ask for the sameexact thing they give me EXACTLY what I ask for . A mound of good sized pickles and tons of onions !!! It makes me so happy!!!When people ask for extra they really really mean that they want extra !!! THANK YOU FOR LISTENING TO MY ORDER AND GIVING MEWHAT I WANT . ITS A BREATH OF FRESH AIR . THIS WENDYS IS THE BEST . THE OTHER WENDYS IN CARNEY ... COULD LEARN FROM THE PEOPLEWHO MAKE FOOD AT THIS LOCATION. IM NOT GOING TO THE OTHER ONE EVER AGAIN . I WILL ALWAYS COME TO THIS ONE . Staff was super kind. Only thing was stale fries and nuggets I got that kinda put me off... Went up to ask for fresh fries...... Came and sat down and didn't have the heart to bother them for fresh nuggets.... But I blame myself for that. They had no issuecorrecting it. Even followed up with me to make sure I was fine. Let?s start with Management and unprofessionalism in this business. When you running a business , your leadership should be the... face of the company . If you hire unprofessional leadership, your business will suffer . The food is horrible , the area aroundthe store needs to be cleaned , inside should be inspected by the health department . Gloves should be worn and hair nets !Orders are never correct as your staff do not take the time to listen . If your team has an attitude , why do they work there asthey are hired to provide customer service ! I was just at this Wendy's about 20 minutes ago. The lady at the window said that my debit card was declined, but I know for a... fact that there is more than enough money in that account. I checked my account again right after I left Wendy's to make sure mycard information hadn't gotten stolen or something, but that is not the case. And that same lady in the drive through said tome, in a fake incredulous tone, "Is there money on this card?" If anyone were to say anything to her about this, though, I haveno doubt that she would deny it and/or lie about the specifics of what was said, because that is what people like her do. Shewas trying to get a reaction out of me. But the joke's on her, because I have 2 bank accounts with 2 different banks, so I justgave her my other debit card and of course it worked because I wouldn't knowingly hand over a card with no money on it. She wasvery rude, but in a fake nice kind of way, which is what people like her do so that if anyone ever confronts them, they can saythat it was misinterpreted. But I know that I'm not wrong here because I have dealt extensively with people like her in thepast. She does not fool me. Read more

Possibly the worst fast food experience I have ever had. Ordered 2 frosty's and a soda on the Wendy's app and went to the drive... thru. Took forever just to tell them I had a mobile order even though there were only 2 cars in the line. I got to the windowand was asked to pull into a spot and they would bring my "food". I waited as car after car after car pulled off with theirorders. I went in and told them I had been waiting for a simple order, the response is they were busy, yet I sat as no less than8 cars behind me in line drove off with their orders. Never going back to this location... Worst customer service I have everseen. No "sorry for the wait" or anything... They really did not care at all. Read more
