Order lemon pepper wings, cashier only heard hot lemon pepper twice so couldn?t get a refund. Horrible Service.
Extremely slow service. I don?t understand why they don?t use all or majority of there fryers to cook the food. Waited 26... minutes for wings and fries. After being told 5 minutes and the food still didn?t come I left. I could go to the market buy myown chicken and it cook it faster than these people. Read more

I ordered delivery through the wing stop app and received 1 of my 5 items. I tried calling the store, no answer. Drove up to the... store for the rest of my food and they closed early. The delivery driver Aaliyah S. left the food at my door without knocking asinstructed. We went to check for the food and it was outside the door, however, I received a text 10 minutes later saying it wasjust delivered. Horrible customer service, delivery service, food was hard and cold of what was delivered. Very dissatisfiedwith my experience with this store. I expect a phone call for compensation for my time, money, and gas. This is unacceptable. Ishould have read the reviews first before ordering. This store is a scam. Doing door dash from this restaurant sucks. I had 2 orders from this location simultaneously. Staff was short. I completely... understand that it could take time under those circumstances. Doing door dash it is important to communicate with your customersto keep them updated. Me and another dasher were patiently waiting. The staff yells were waiting on wings.
