I like the famous wok food and I was felling like trying it at Crossiron mall but seems like I should have pay closer attention... to the low rated score of this location. My order was so dry and over cook that eve a piece of lettuce tasted literally likeruber. I am definitely not visiting again this location of the wok chain unfortunately. Read more
I ordered honey garlic chicken this afternoon. The chicken was Raw from the inside (picture enclosed). Honey garlic & chicken... combination only works when you are able to the sauce up to a mark but it was really sad to see that the chicken was dry whichmade it hard and wasn't able to chew it properly. Should be zero stars. My wife was there today and ordered her food. When she sat down and ate 1 bite she spit it out. It tasted... like cleaning solution. She took it back up and said this food has something wrong with it they just gave her attitude andbrushed her off. She wanted a refund and they would not offer her one. They said you chose the food and if you don't like it toobad. They also talked in their own language to each other and seemed to be having a good laugh. I have to give it a one star because that's as low as I can rate. I ordered the noodles plus 3 piece meal and extra spring... rolls, I was shorted an item and charged $16.22 I tipped $0.50 Which apparently was way too much. Customer service was terribleas the person serving wouldn't even look at me. She just stared down the whole time and hardly even acknowledged my presence. Asthe only person in line i feel very disrespected about this and am extremely unhappy. The food was semi warm, and the honeygarlic chicken had zero meat on it and was just breaded chicken bones. I will not be eating here again as the whole experiencewas terrible. I'm surprised this restaurant even has a 1.9 star rating to be honest. Bad taste, like no fresh food. They barely fill my box. Paying 13.50 bad quality and no a decent quantity.
