Went in for coffee today. I was met with Kelsey who was miserable. I asked for no lid on my espresso and was told has to have... a lid. I said oh thats strange as I have never heard of this and I don't need it so it will just be a waste as I will pull itoff and throw it in the garage. I did Google this policy and it seems to only apply to the states. Kelsey needs some customertraining on how to interact with customers. Read more
Had to walk for 20 mins with a 2 year old in hand for a small cup of tea, just because their map wanted to have some fun.... Didn't enjoy the at all. this is the second time, I have to go for hunting coffee after ordering online. either I'll give upmobile app or choose tim hortons rather. Read more
The new Starbucks location at Crossiron that?s next to the cinema. A wonderful outdoor seating area. Even on the inside it?s... very well lit and spacious in comparison to the other location that?s inside indigo at Crossiron too.
