This has got to be the slowest McDonalds ever! This is not a "fast food" restaurant. Drive-through will take at least 45 minutes... in peak times. You can order and eat a full meal at the Keg in less time. The staff are VERY nice and do their best. They arealways advertising for workers. I suspect lack of people and poor management is the issue. Food is as expected when you get it.Check your order BEFORE you leave the pick up window! We've made this our stop during our commutes during the week because this McDonald's makes one of the best breakfasts and their... staff are incredibly kind. We get there in the early in the morning and the women working are so welcoming, kind and and upbeat.The sausage egg McMuffin combo is well made - always hot and always fresh. Read more
We stopped here and the dining room was closed. Every time I?ve gone there in the last three years, the dining room is closed... and only the drive through is opened. It?s absolutely unacceptable that this place has the dining room closed still. From someother reviews, it seems they reopened dining room but must?ve been for a short time. Went on a friday, Mens bathroom urinal was out of order, only one self order station was working, out of bagels, and my friend... ordered the jalapeno egg breakfast sandwich with out meat it arrived with ham on it(he's Muslim and doesn't eat pork) went back2 days later and inside was closed only drive-through or order on app for patio delivery. Food tasted fine, but the sandwich seemed to be thrown together. I ordered a black coffee, I was given a coffee with cream and... sugar, but didn't realize until I was miles away from the restaurant. Simple mistakes like that happen way too often. Read more
7pm on a Sunday. Drive though line up huge. Doors locked. Wouldn?t serve us unless we ordered online. Less than impressive.... Walked away never to return. Clearly not interested in our business. Can?t be a shortage of labour. Went to subway and they hada ton of people behind the counter. Will go back there. Read more
Overall service wasn't bad. I was waiting at front counter for my food and I could see in the kitchen a lot of the employees... seemed to be goofing off but the one that was running back side by himself. (He has brownish hair and wasn't wearing a hat) wasthe fastest worker I've ever seen he made my burgers in no time and on top of that they were made extremely well props to him hedeserves a raise!!! There's an amazing lady at the window, second one with distinct voice is also super nice, who knows knows who I mean. Generally... McDonald's nowadays isn't what it used to be, meaning portion in proportion to size of the meal. Some people really don't liketheir job and you can feel it. I personally think they should be paid much better, because their job is hard and I guess theyhave no motivation right now??? I know it sucks for you guys and everyone complaints, but it's true that this drive through issoooo slow. Read more
