Ordered a rice bowl and wasn't very happy with the amount or prep. I think we'll stick to the sandwiches!

Moderate service. Cheap on the veggies, I even ask for extra and very little ?extra? was added. Bread was fresh and soft.
Large seating area and enough staff to speed you through. Subs are as you would expect. Good parking .
This is the best subway I have ever been too. The staff are professional and friendly and the produce is always fresh and well... prepped. I am not the sort of person who takes time out of his day to comment on a subway but after the fourth stop in over aperiod of months, I know it is not a coincidence that the food and experience slap every time. I would have given this establishment a full five stars except for one issue. First, let me say that the owners have renovated... and updated the entire interior during the pandemic. The update was absolutely needed, and especially so with regard to thewashrooms. I have been using this as a place to get a quick lunch for years now when passing through Bancroft on business. Theingredients are fresh and comparable to any other Subway in Canada or the USA which I have visited many during my travels. Theservice is great and staff is always super friendly. The dining area was clean (floor, all tables and chairs, and the garbagearea) on my last visit with all the tables neat and tidy as well. The new seats are also comfortable and the atmosphere quietand cool to relax in. The only issue I had was with the cleanliness of the washroom I visited after being on the road for over6hrs. The toilet was left unflushed, the handle was partly broken off of it, and the floor was wet and dirty. Not exactlyinviting nor an appetizing way to start a meal break. For the record, I have found this establishment to be the best place tograb a quick, affordable, and tasty lunch in Bancroft. Read more
Staff was really rude and food not served well, 2 sandwiches same order were not the same proportion and when we mentioned they... were really rude and didn't fix it. I think people just go there because is well located that's it. Read more
