This is my worst experience ever! The in-store staff is a fraud! I placed online mobile order including two rice bowls and three... drinks in the evening of Oct 9. The in-store staff told me they did not have rice so they could not make two bowls for me. Iasked her to either give me two replacement items or the fund, but she said Tim Hortons app is a third-party app so they coulddo nothing and asked me to directly contact staff of the mobile app of Tim Hortons. Since I always trust staff in Tim Hortonsstore, I left the store and contact staff of Tim Hortons mobile app. Then, staff from Tim Hortons app tells me that The in-storestaff has the authorization to provide replacement items and/or a refund for me. I realized that the in-store staff was lying tome. She did not give me my food but the store can still get my money from Tim Hortons app, and Tim Hortons app cannot give mymoney back to me after I complained about this. We had visited this place as an onroute. Well it was crowded on weekend. Place is clean ???? drive thru was heavily crowded... too. Dine in orders were okok. My friend's orders were delayed. The staff was new & she had hearing issues. Manager helped hertwice to take orders at the counter. We were told to bear with her. We got what we wanted anyways. Read more

I ordered the Habanero Chicken Wrap and tried to order 3 different kinds of donuts - all of which they said they didn't sell at... their location! They didn't suggest any that they did have at the location either. When I got to the window - AFTER PAYING -they told me that they didn't have any rice for the wrap! They offered extra veggies instead, however it would have been betterfor them to be upfront about this before I paid! Staff came across as rude and unknowledgeable. Read more

Their timing show they open at 5 am but nobody takes your order before 6 am even at drive thru window.

All the reviews about slow service must have been busy weekends. There was a lineup, but it went smoothly enough. Everyone is... low staffed these days so we were just happy the dining room was open. Also, the parking lot was big enough that we were able toturn around with a trailer which was a bonus. Missing a star because the bagel toppings got mixed up, but it was still good. Read more
