Skip the stop. The place closes at 4pm... if you're looking to stretch your legs and really gotta pee.... stop somewhere else.... Only the drive thru is open. We sat in our car for about 30min and watched countless ppl walk up to the doors realizing indoorwas closed, they just left, didn't go to drive thru. Considering this is a busy stretch of road, why on earth would u close thedoors. Read more

It was ok except being incredibly busy. There was a couple of parking spots when we pulled in but people proceeded to scoop them... up. The drive thru line was outside the property and backing up the road. The family change room was a lifesaver. Read more

This is the most upbeat location I have been to. It is really busy but, that didn't seem to hinder the great service. There was... a staff member dressed up as a smile cookie waving at us as we drove in. We all waved back and went on to buy a bunch of smilecookies. Read more

I have only been to this location twice, one month apart. Both times the lobby was closed, drive thru only. So if your traveling... and looking to stretch your legs, get something to eat and a washroom break, as you are pretty much 2 hours from anywhere, dontplan on this beening your stop. I will be reporting them to Tim Hortons head office. I lived this live as an essential workerthrough the pandemic with no where to stop for a bathroom breaks. Tim Hortons needs to do better. For a franchisee to think thisis an acceptable way to run their store they have a very narrow business model. Read more

Both Tims in Bancroft are brutal, slow, not the best staff. This one today happened to spill hot coffee on my mother, she now... has 1st degree burns, visibly red and white spots on her stomachache and below not to mention the mess that was made. Iunderstand it happened when the employee handed it to her with a loos lid after a 30 minute wait in the drive through. I knowthese guys are rushed due to the huge volume of cottagers but they need to slow down so this kind of thing doesn't happen asshe's in a fair bit of discomfort. Who ever owns or manages these places needs to either Crack the whip or hand it off tosomeone who can manage these locations better. If it's a staffing issue then obviously your not offering the necessarycompensation to attract the needed staff....please do better! Read more

The worst experience I ever had during Tim Hortons visit. The service was really bad, waiting for 2 wraps more than half an... hour. I would give less than 1 star but unfortunately there is not option for that. I don't recommend to visit this place. Sodisappointed because of this unbelievable experience. Read more

I just ordered breakfast sandwiches. 2 no cheese and 1 no egg all due to allergies. I got one with no cheese and the no egg was... right.. so I picked the cheese off mine took one bite and got a mouth full of egg shell. This location has gone down hill overthe last couple years. I get that it's busy during tourist season. But pay attention!!!!!! Read more
